Dr Lizzy Johnston is a Senior Research Fellow in the Viertel Cancer Research Centre at Cancer Council Queensland. In this role, Lizzy leads a program of cancer survivorship research aiming to inform and improve the design and delivery of supportive care for people impacted by cancer, particularly those living in rural and remote areas and family and friends supporting a loved one with cancer. As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Lizzy is also interested in the role of diet and nutrition in cancer survivorship and improving access to evidence-based dietary information and support for people affected by cancer.
